Service is outstanding. The speaker system for the drive-thru needs attention, but this has no bearing on the staff and service.
I hate having to go here. It takes forever for them to answer the phone. There's almost always MAYBE 1 person helping customers. Everyone else is always going in and out on break I guess. They see a line of people waiting and they never step in to help. Once you do get help they are snippy with you. I understand they are busy but I'm a retail manager and know how to be flexible to customers needs. This location is a perfect example of how to not run a business.
Let me start off by saying that I understand this pharmacy/location is very busy due to it obviously being the only Kroger close by. The employees/pharmacists here are super friendly and go out if their way to help. That being said the time delay (3 hours to get my prescription filled) seemed excessive. When I presented the issue to the pharmacy they were fast to resolve the current issue at hand.
Good luck getting your prescription filled in less than a week. Worst pharmacy I have ever used.
Do not go here if you want a prescription to be filled same day and on time. Ive waited 1hour for one prescription and still have not recieved anything.
