I have had an excellent experience with Affordable Dentures & Implants. The staff, by that I mean all the individuals up front and in back have been very courteous, professional, and helpful. The end results of their work has been very good as of the time of this review.
I cannot believe they made n my 3 year old sit outside n the heat while I waited in lobby for my dad that is absolutely Ridiculous they can clearly see my son is extremely hot thank you for being jerks when our whole state is already open and we had masks on
I had an awesome pain free experience. I called it a miracle. I broke my front tooth at gumline. I had to have implant. My history has been difficulty in deadening and causing me extreme anxiety. Rod really listened and gave me anxiety med which worked great. I highly recommend their services. Staff very friendly and professional.
I have visited this office twice. I am unfortunately not a frequent patient. I travel for work and rarely have time to set appointments for most things. Both times they were very accommodating. They are knowledgeable and kind. Both times I was offered affordable care. I am also impressed with the comfortability made by the staff. The first visit I had two wisdom teeth and a problem molar extracted. I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedures and healed perfectly with the stitches. The second visit I had a consultation for the removal of my remaining two wisdom teeth and two more molars. I will without a doubt return for future dental needs. Staff is amazing. Regional office manager, not so much. Went in today for an adjustment on my bottom partial and let them know my top wasn’t fitting right and only had them a month. Said they would need to do a reline on month old dentures and charge me another $175. Explained to the lady adjusting my partial that I just bought them. Lost my warranty on my old denture and broken partial due to COVID so had to buy a whole new set and now they want to charge me to reline dentures they made a month ago. No thanks. Was leaving when she talked me into talking to the “regional office manager”. I did not want to she talked me into it. When talking to him he accused me of trying to complain and get a new reline for free. Soon as those words came from his mouth I just walked out of the place, in tears. What a waste of thousands of dollars. Hopefully I will be able to find a place that will reline dentures made somewhere else. Kristy Masters
